Bag of Love January Edition: New Year, New You

Yoohoo~ It's time for Bag of Love again!! The only beauty subscription that I have ever had so far!! Comes to think of it, I never miss Bag of Love every month, except for the first Bag of Love March 2013 edition and the June 2013 edition. Other than the two months, I have had like...9 editions of Bag of Love, including this edition? Can I call myself Bag of Love freak? Haha... :D

So...jeng jeng jeng!!! This is the bag for the New Year edition!! A very useful, handy tote bag, made of canvas material...the bag is big enough as quick shopping bag, yet chic enough as fashion bag!! This is the bag that I would actually use on daily basis!! Omigosh I love this bag so much!!!

The greeting card that never fail to amuse me :D Look at the cute Mi Mi in the strawberry costume, lol...looks like an adorable baby right? And the sweet berry on the paper boat, hehe....cute cute drawing!!

Bag of Love December Edition: Rock On!

Alright, I think it's not so mysterious anymore about the Bag of Love December, as the content has been revealed in TheSun some time back...Anyway, just a quick review here, especially for those who may have missed the feature in the newspaper...

First of all, I'm so in love with the bag for December...isn't the velvet red clutch would be an awesome complement to any functions, dinners or events? So classy and elegant!!

Bag of Love November Edition: Go, Girl, Go!

I know I know…you’ve probably read or seen a lot on the Bag of Love November edition; it’s all over the Facebook, Instagram and blogs since the 3rd week of November...Initially I planned to do the review around that time too but heck, I was too tied up with projects and then fall sick for good few days (T.T) 

Anyway…here I am, to share with you my review on the much sought-after edition of Bag of Love. I made quarterly subscription again, but this time it was due to the bag design lol...I just don’t care about the content anymore when I saw the bag design for November and December lol…but I am not worried because Bag of Love has by far offered quite good products, albeit sometimes I feel ‘blah’ when I already have the products got from somewhere else, or things like perfume (but that is because I am not really into perfume! Different people different taste, hehe…)

Ok, back to the Bag of Love November edition…the bag was selling like hot cakes fresh from the oven. Right after Mi Mi posted the bag design, I think more than 50% was immediately grabbed. Some even subscribed more than two or three!! I was lucky as I subscribed just hours before it was sold out…So, what made this bag so special that everyone wants to have it??

Dang dang dang!!!! Yup, unlike the usual Bag of Love design, this bag is a denim tote bag from Levi’s!!! When I saw the bag design, I can already imagine bringing this bag for my usual weekend outing. The bag is made from soft denim material, with red and white checkered lining inside (which is kind of mismatch haha). There’s a button clasp which is good rather than having nothing to secure at all. 

Bag of Love October Edition: Say Boo!

Hi beauties!!!

If you have been following my blog frequently you'd know that I'm a fan of Bag of Love ^_^ Bag of Love is one of the booming beauty box subscription in Malaysia, but instead of a box, it comes in a bag...and the bag design varies every month!! I got to admit that sometimes I look forward to the bag design rather than the contents :P You can read more about previous Bag of Love in my blog (but I missed the debut bag March and June T.T)

I had my first encounter with Bag of Love in late April this year....I was selected as one of the 30 bloggers to attend the Unzipping Bag of Love Tea Party at Delectable Treats by Su...Thanks to The Butterfly Project, I got the chance to have my first hand on Bag of Love April edition...The event has actually became my turning point to venture into the blogosphere more meaningfully, although I'm busy with my work schedule (Talking about busy...you would have no idea how busy I am almost every single day!!!! That explains why I don't update this blog as frequent as I would have wanted to x_x )

Ok...enough of my rambles :P In this post, I actually wanted to introduce to you the Bag of Love Halloween edition; the Bag of Lice!!!!

I think it's kinda cool of Bag of Love to be a bit funny to name its Halloween edition as Bag of Lice...I mean, every other beauty box want to be as glamorous or as pretty as possible, but only Bag of Love able to be witty in view of the Halloween...and it works!! As far as I know, everyone loves it!!! And I love the idea!! Thanks to The Butterfly Project, again I was given the opportunity to review the Bag of Love, in their Blogging 101 Chapter 3....and of course, thanks to Bag of Love as the sponsor as well  (≧◡≦)

Bag of Love September Edition: Take Me There!

Hola beauties!!!

It's the time for unzipping Bag of Love again, weeee (clap clap clap)  ヽ(^‥^=ゞ) 

Because the package was sent to my parents' house and I always can't wait to see the content, I would check the Instagram to have a glimpse if any other subscriber has posted a picture of the 'surprise', hehe... and Mi Mi announced there would be Swiss Line so I know it would be great!!! And yes it is!!! Lovely surprises!!!  (ﾉ≧∀≦)ﾉ

This month's theme is on travelling. So you bet the beauty items this month are practical companions for travelling, and are also made from all over the world  (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)

Bag of Love August Edition: Make Me Happy!

The Bag of Love for August is a bit special - it comes with a book...talk about Beauty with Brain!! When Mi Mi announced this in the Bag of Love FB page, I thought it was a good idea to encourage the reading habit...it has been quite some time since I last read a book, ever since the internet and iPad dominated most of my leisure time...So yeah, I welcomed this concept with an open heart and waiting to experience the difference, lol.... ヽ(´ー`)ﾉ 

The Bag of Love August is also special because it is the first bag where for every bag subscribed, RM1 will go into the Bag of Love charity fund. This initiative is in conjunction with the 6th month annversary of Bag of Love (woah, 6 months already??!!)  I'm so glad that I'm part of the notable move, hehe...  (*^▽^*)

Extra Gifts that come with my Bag of Love July Edition

When I received my parcel for the Bag of Love July edition, the package was...not light...it was quite heavy and full of products inside!!! 

While most subscribers were fed with the lovely pinky bag and two sets of trial kit, some, including me, were fed with extra beautiful items inside our parcels...

If you have read about my review on Bag of Love May Edition, you'd know that I'm totally in love with the Crabtree & Evelyn Somerset Meadow Hand Therapy...so when Mi Mi put on the mini contest for this lovely hand cream, I just put in my simple and nice feedback for the product...

Bag of Love July Edition: Asia's Beloved Gems

I almost didn't subscribe Bag of Love July edition....but I'm really glad that I did, because the Bag of Love July edition is a COMPLETELY STEAL !!!!

I didn't subscribe the June's edition, and I did not plan to subscribe July edition either...'till Mi Mi announced I was one of the winners for Bag of Love mini contests for May edition...in order to claim the prize, I have to subscribe the next next month's edition...(curious what I won? Check this out ^_^)

So, this is the complete set of the Bag of Love July edition...yes, it's 1 Bag + 2 Boxes, rather than the usual 1 Bag...actually, winning the mini contest was not the sole reason that made me to subscribe...it's really when Mi Mi announced that there would be 2 kit sets outside the bag, that I knew I have to get this...and I have no regrets...  “ヽ(´▽｀)ノ”

For July edition, the theme is Asia's Beloved Gems...so you can expect that all the products are fromAsian countries...think of Japan and Korea....arhh, flawless white, snowy skin... (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)  

Let's talk about the bag...I mean the bag itself...When I first saw the bag picture in Bag of Love FB page, I was immediately in love with the bag...The bag is wayyyyyyyyyyyy too cute and it's in PINK!!! There's even a fluffy fur ball at the zip...cute, girlish, pinky...SWEET!!!! 

Bag of Love May Edition: Best of Beauty

Hey Moonies!! (can I call my readers 'Moonies'? lol)

Got my Bag of Love May one week back so now it's unzipping the bag time ヽ(^o^)丿

The theme for Bag of Love May edition is Best of Beauty, and there are well-known brands that are loved across the globe in the bag.

Thanks to Mi Mi's generosity for sending us bloggers in the Unzipping Tea Party this month's edition as well... I am very happy with the Bag of Love April edition, so will the May edition be on par too? (^_^)

Let's talk about the bag itself first....I love the May bag!! It's a classy half-moon shaped beige-color faux-leather bag...The "Bag of Love" wording is in golden font and the zip pull-tab is gold-coated too...Like!! 

This is how the products sit when I first opened the bag.... Hello World!! As I unzipped the bag, I can smell the soft bath scent... ~(^^~)

Bag of Love April Edition: The Green Bag

Hola beauties :) 

This blog post is on the little beauty bag by Bag of Love of April's edition. I know this is way long overdue but I've been very, very busy with projects at work, down with flu and then away from the country for a week so, please please bear with me >.< Thank you for your understanding... :')

As April is the Earth Month, Bag of Love is going green too in honour of the mother nature...The bag is made of bleach-free canvas and the little tag inside of the bag is of recycled non-woven material ..although it is made of eco-friendly material, it doesn't look 'sluggish'....in fact, the wording "little beauty bag" made the bag a very adorable bag indeed ^^ Love love love the wordings :D :D

Now let's see what's inside the Green Bag....excited excited... :D :D 

"Unzipping" Bag of Love at Delectable Treats by Su

La la la...remember some time back, I posted about the "Unboxing Tea Party" that I wanted to attend?

I know it's kinda 'late' to announce now – was tied up with project timeline, and then 'attacked by virus' one by one for good number of days (migraine -> flu -> fever -> cough -> sore throat; in that order =.="), at the same time was away cruising on the wide ocean :P

Anyway.... I was selected as one of the 30 bloggers to the event on 27 April, woo hoo!! ~^^~

I was in the Session 1 with another 14 bloggers...albeit still down with flu, I made my way to Paradigm Mall to be part of the event :D It was a sweet event full with sweet cakes and treats accompanied by sweet beauty bag...and of course, sweet pretty girls ^_^
