Blackheads control with b.liv Off With Those Heads

I was given the chance to try the b.liv Off with Those Heads recently; which is actually a blackheads sebum gel that claims to extract blackheads with ease after just 14 days, without the need to painfully squeeze. 😖

Naturally, I feel super excited to try the product as blackheads has always been my topmost skin concern that seems to be immune to any products that I have tried before. Moreover, it's a gel form; my all-time favourite skincare texture 😆

Now, I'm not going to paint beautiful story like 'other reviewers', on how this product 'works like magic that erase all my blackheads' followed by edited and touched up pictures ⟹ I call that fake and dishonesty. 😎

Sephora Long Lasting Brow Pencil: is really Long-Lasting and easy to use!

I was never really an avid user of eye brow products. And that is because I seldom care about my eye brows which I think I shouldn't! I once joined a beauty workshop that said that eye brow grooming is important because it helps to shape our whole face to become fresher. Well...haha...

Anyway...recently I picked up the long lasting eye brow pencil from the Sephora Collection. The Sephora Long Lasting Brow Pencil comes with an eyebrow grooming brush that really useful for brushing the eye brows. Out of the 3 shades available, I chose the shade Medium.

The brushes reside on the cap and is pretty strong (from my random point of view haha). The color of the cap represents the color of the brow pencil and gosh, when I first saw it I am a bit worried it would become too dark!

Clinique All About Eyes Concealer for that Eye Beauty

As I have pretty obvious dark circles and puffy eyes, looking for a good eye concealer has always been in my beauty hunting list. While I don't always conceal my dark circles (because I always prefer prevention i.e. skincare to fix my beauty flaw rather than conceal it temporarily), sometimes I just need a quick solution to cover the dark circles, especially when there are some functions to attend. And eye concealer is of course, works better than eye cream when it comes to a quick and fast solution.  (─‿‿─)

And my recent favourite eye concealer? None other than the Clinique All About Eyes Concealer....it is a multi-tasking concealer that disguises dark under-eye circles while helping to reduce the look of puffiness. There are several shades to pick from to fit your skin tone; I chose 01 Light Neutral.

Eye care has constantly been big part of my skincare...because my eyes are the first to show the sign of aging, not to mention my busy job which cause my eyes to show the sign of stress....Thus, a good eye care, for me, would has to have the key benefits of moisturizing and anti-aging, but hunting for a good eye care was never easy!

Recently, I had the chance to try on the eye cream from Benefit...I have always been amused with Benefit packaging which full of all those buzz words that would for sure tempt the weak soul of a beauty hunter lol...the for this eye cream, Benefit shouts, It’s Potent!  ╮(─▽─)╭ So we shall see how 'potent' it is?

First thing on the packaging; I like the soft pastel color and design of the box and the jar label, and of course, the chic and cute little glass jar that comes with a lid designed to look like a cork (but it's not cork lol) Nonetheless though, jar is never really a good packaging for skin care. Every time you lift the lid, the cream is exposed to outer light and air which may hamper the effectiveness...Oh well...

Elianto Nutri Mask for a quick skin pampering

Around Christmas in 2014, Elianto was having this giveaway campaign where you need to register in advance for a designated private shopping day, and upon minimum purchase, you'd get a free bag of gifts. Those were the days when I was crazy about gift with purchase promotions and thus off I went to buy 3 sets of facial mask sheets to make up to the minimum amount.

So I bought 30 masks at one go that day! I'm not sure how much each piece was sold individually, but the set that I bought was RM29.90 per set if not mistaken. innisfree Malaysia First Anniversary Private Party - Having Fun by Playing Green :D

Since its debut in Malaysia one year ago, innisfree Malaysia has garnered a lot of supports and love from fans; myself included o(^∀^*)o At such, in conjunction with the 1st year anniversary, innisfree Malaysia has recently held a private party (which was yesterday btw; 5 December 2015) -- 1st inni-versary -- at Royale Chulan, KL with selected inni-Friends. It was a blast and very well-planned, and my Sister and I definitely have had a lot of fun there ヽ(^◇^*)/

The event was beautifully set up and incredibly well-done; picnic-styled party and I like it very much! It's very true to its 'Play Green' theme; very eco- feel, very 'green', with all the wood pallets, benches and tables, green 'field', flowers, trees and natural sunlight! I personally think that Royale Chulan therefore is the best venue for 'wannabe' garden wedding or any outdoor events; the weather in Malaysia is so unpredictable with its hot sunny sun, and then suddenly raining with thunderstorm, so it would be great to have an indoor venue but with outdoor ambiance, hehe (and with air-conditioned (─‿‿─) )

XIXILI Ladies' Party at KL Sogo - Girls just wanna have Fun :D

Last Saturday afternoon (31 October 2015) was a fun afternoon for me. I attended the XIXILI Ladies' Party at KL Sogo, which was held from 12.30 to 3.30pm. It was the first time I attended a XIXILI party, or a lingerie brand party to be precise, and I wished I had went to the many parties organised by XIXILI before!

I was supposed to attend with Mom, but unfortunately she couldn't make it at the very last minute. So I went alone worrying whether I would get bored in the 3 hours time, but I think I worried too much; XIXILI organised the best ladies' party ever! o(^∀^*)o

So, all these years I shopped at Sogo, I didn't know there's this 'Promotion Corner' which serves great as event space at the 1F Ladies Gallery ヽ(^◇^*)/ It's near to a shoes brand's gallery (I didn't notice the shoe brand though) Probably because it's quite hidden and that I also seldom frequent that corner?

innisfree Malaysia second store opening at Paradigm Mall + My Hauls!!

Nothing could get me more excited on the day when I knew that innisfree Malaysia was going to open the second store at Paradigm Mall...I mean, when they opened the first store at Sunway Pyramid back in December 2014, I was away from the country thus I was not able to attend the grand opening *ouch so sad* Moreover, I don't really frequent Sunway Pyramid that often (god damn can Sunway please improve the parking???!!) so even though I was in Malaysia I didn't go visit the store (but I visited the innisfree House at Jeju lol...) Thus, I was super excited when the second store is going to reside at Paradigm Mall...which is just like a stone's throw away from my house o(^∀^*)o

So, the big day was on the 30 October 2015, yeay!!! (which was yesterday btw) And in conjunction with the new store opening, there would be special early bird gift for the first 50 in line!! Thus I woke up early with the intention to be one of the first 50 lol....As it was a Friday and I anticipated the traffic jam as usual, however to my surprise the traffic was pretty smooth that I reached Paradigm Mall too early at about 9.05am...and I haven't had my breakfast wtf (╯︵╰,)

My Korean Trip Haul~ Part 2: Beauty and Cosmetics

Are you still with me? I have posted previously on my haul from Korea for snacks~ Did you enjoy it? :D

But what does Korea really famous for? It's the huge range of Korean cosmetics and skincare products!!! And when talking about beauty supplies, a must-go place is Myeong-dong!! Every corner, every turn, is filled with at least one or two, even side-by-side cosmetics shops...and you know what? In the same street, same brand can operate more than one shop :o Common brands found here including The Face Shop, Tonymoly, Etude House, Beyond, Skin Food, Innisfree, Nature Republic and other Korean cosmetic brands.

Being a girl *ahem*, how can I forgo to opportunity to stock up some beauty products too? Presenting you Part 2: Beauty and Cosmetics :D :D :D

1) Nature Republic Aloe Vera Gel

When I saw the price of this aloe vera gel in Korea, I KNEW I HAVE TO BUY THIS!!!! One 300ml tub of the aloe vera gel is retailed at RM32.90 in Malaysia, or sometimes there is promotion buy 4 for RM100 or buy 2 free 1. Guess how much is selling in Korea? 4,400won!!!! That is about RM15, less than 50% of the price in Malaysia :D

Since I have been an avid user of Nature Republic Aloe Vera Gel, I bought 3 tubs from the shop at the Hongik Station...and was given a free mask :D I think it was a very good deal!! If not because I have very limited luggage space, I would have bought a dozen back :D
