Since its debut in Malaysia one year ago, innisfree Malaysia has garnered a lot of supports and love from fans; myself included o(^∀^*)o At such, in conjunction with the 1st year anniversary, innisfree Malaysia has recently held a private party (which was yesterday btw; 5 December 2015) -- 1st inni-versary -- at Royale Chulan, KL with selected inni-Friends. It was a blast and very well-planned, and my Sister and I definitely have had a lot of fun there ヽ(^◇^*)/
The event was beautifully set up and incredibly well-done; picnic-styled party and I like it very much! It's very true to its 'Play Green' theme; very eco- feel, very 'green', with all the wood pallets, benches and tables, green 'field', flowers, trees and natural sunlight! I personally think that Royale Chulan therefore is the best venue for 'wannabe' garden wedding or any outdoor events; the weather in Malaysia is so unpredictable with its hot sunny sun, and then suddenly raining with thunderstorm, so it would be great to have an indoor venue but with outdoor ambiance, hehe (and with air-conditioned (─‿‿─) )

Everyone was dressed in beautiful green/white and ready to hit the party joyfully. At the registration counter, we were given the door gift (innisfree x Krabag with the Sparkling Mineral water bottle, 1 eco-Hankie, 3 pairs of Innisfree x Didier Dubot bracelets and 1 Innisfree Green Tea Mineral Mist in the bag (♥‿♥)). And because I was one of the inni-Bestie, I was given a set of innisfree products that worth more than RM350!!
Each of us was also given a stamp card where we can collect stamps by performing some activities. There were 8 'Play Green' activities, and they were:

✿ Product experience
✿ The Eco-Blender
✿ DIY Terrarium
✿ DIY Potpourri
✿ Hand care session
✿ Recycle and redeem
✿ Brunch box
Let me walk through you of what were these activities about (◑‿◐)

✿ Activity 1: Photo sharing
It's a photo booth where we can take nice pictures with the prepared props and beautiful background. Then, upload to the instagram with hashtags #innisfreeMY and #inniVersary; the Greenus crews would print the pictures out which we could take back home as souvenirs (◕‿◕✿)

✿ Activity 2: Product experience
Where we can try and learn about different sort of skincare ranges from innisfree. There were Greenus stationed there to give consultation as well. I love the product display setup so much! Each product line was arranged carefully with the props that was really attractive and alluring (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)♥♥
✿ Activity 3: The Eco-Blender
This is actually an interesting activity. We were to 'blend' the fruits into juice by pedaling the stationary bike to generate the power for the blender. However, as we did not know about this activities beforehand, Sis and I were wearing skirts....and it would be difficult to pedal without flashing 'extra' haha ﾍ(￣▽￣*)ﾉ However the Greenus was kind enough to be our 'hero' and pedal on our behalf (─‿‿─)

My first ever terrarium project!! (or so I think, haha (▰˘◡˘▰) ) I had fun creating my own terrarium masterpiece with two inni-Rangs and three little mushrooms and boy I never knew it was that easy only (◑‿◐)

✿ Activity 5: DIY Potpourri
The potpourri station where you can create your own flower scented bags (ღ˘⌣˘ღ)♥♥ Felt so happy when done and proud of my creations; both the terrarium and the potpourri.
✿ Activity 6: Hand care session
This station is where you can experience hand massage with innisfree hand cream of your choice however unfortunately we didn't get the chance to do it. We certainly didn't know that 'booking' was required because there was no notice or announcement whatsoever and by the time we went there, there was already a very long queue!! Funny thing was, even though there was nobody at the station when we went there, but because we didn't make booking in advance, the Greenus crew still refused to perform the hand massage. I think it's too rigid and of course it caused some unhappiness to us (¬_¬) Anyway, at the end we didn't want to proceed with the hand massage and only get the stamp to complete the mission.

✿ Activity 7: Recycle and redeem
In the invitation email, there was specifically mentioned that guests are welcomed to bring a recycle-able beauty product bottle. I was made to know that; tin, sprayed type bottles are not recycle-able!! I learnt new thing huh! In exchange, we were given a token of innisfree gift as appreciation, at the Eco Corner (｡♥‿♥｡)

The party did not only offer a lot of interesting activities; it kept us out of hunger as well! Look at the food from our brunch box! (▰˘◡˘▰) We didn't had there and then though...brought back home as lunch...

Apart from the 8 eco-activities, other fun stuff that available were the dessert table where many sweet delicacies were offered and a live band to entertain the guests.

We were also given chance to write a wish, for innisfree Malaysia or even for ourselves, and hang it on the Play Green Tree.

About 1+hr into the party, the Brand Manager of innisfree Malaysia, Mr. Johnny Nam gave a welcoming speech. The cake cutting was followed thereafter, and also the big group wefie shot. He was a friendly man with this soft smile always carved on his face. I think he is a cute haha (ɔ◔‿◔)ɔ Mr. Johnny also randomly picked three wishes from the Play Green Tree and the lucky three each receive a gift. Ours were so close!!!!! (>.<)

At the event, there was a charity booth where the innisfree products were sold at incredibly discounted prices. All the proceeds from the charity sale would go to World Vision Malaysia to help the children in need. It was a great move by innisfree Malaysia to give back to the society. I took the chance to buy my first Long Wear Cushion at RM50 only instead of the usual price RM80. Unfortunately I think I might have picked the wrong shade. (+_+)
By 1pm+, the party was about to come to the end. Some were still enjoying the hand massage or having feast from the brunch box. As we left the venue, I glanced once more at the event site. It was really done beautifully and very well-managed that I believe all of the guests have had fun in the relaxing setting. Many of the brand events or parties that I attended that host a number of guests, can sometimes turn into a chaos or mess. For this inni-versary however, even now, I am still thinking about how lovely the event was.
